The effectiveness of our quality management system is regularly reviewed via external and internal audits. The information gained during these inspections provides the basis for continuous improvement of our quality management system.

Reichardt Expertise für Kosmetik manufactures all products in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines for cosmetic products. 

This covers personnel, premises/manufacturing plant, equipment/machinery and facilities, raw and packaging materials, end products/finished products, off-specification product handling, waste, industrial hygiene, complaints and recall, internal audit and documentation. 

With our IFS-HPC (International Featured Standard-Household and Personal Care Products) and BRC-CP (Global Standard for Consumer Products) certifications, we fulfil the highest demands in terms of product quality and product safety. 

We also hold manufacturing authorisation from the Regional Council of Darmstadt for the secondary packaging of pharmaceuticals. 

We have established a risk management system within our company. This system, developed in-house, identifies, analyses and evaluates all risks that are relevant for the safety of the products and thus for the protection of the consumer. The definition of control points, as well as the monitoring of the data collected there, is actively implemented and documented by the responsible employees.

Sustainability is an important issue for our company. We see it as our responsibility to treat the available resources with respect and implement energy-saving measures in all areas. 

When selecting energy providers, our primary focus is on the CO2 emissions linked to the energy source and the share of renewable energy in the mix. 

We make our contribution to climate protection by avoiding CO2 emissions through the use of 100% green electricity from renewables. 

Through our corporate policy, we affirm our commitment to environmental and climate protection. 

We endeavour to use environmentally friendly and recyclable packaging materials. Together with our suppliers, we are continually seeking ways to optimise processes to protect the environment and conserve resources. 

Wherever possible, we strive to work with regional partners in order to reduce transport distances to a minimum for the sake of the environment.
